These are free improvisations from the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic reaching the U.S. in 2020. Like many, I have found my attention span much shorter and my feelings unpredictable while trying to navigate this year. This is reflected here in the brevity and variety of the tracks. This album feels, to me, like walking through rooms in a recently abandoned house. These are fragments of memories, dreams, questions, and desires. Life as we knew it is over, and it's too early to know what the future holds.

As always with my solo albums, these are single-take improvisations that I've treated one way or another using Ableton Live 9 and an ancient version of PEAK. This sounds best with high-quality speakers/headphones.

Recorded alone in my home during stay-at-home orders in Mesilla, New Mexico in Spring and Summer of 2020.
